Costs
Standard registration fee of $725
(CDN) plus HST includes the following:
- 10' x 10' draped booth area
- an 8' skirted table with two chairs
- electrical supply
- one (1) Employer Guidebook submission
- promotion on all four campuses
- full breakfast (max. four representatives)
- lunch and refreshments (max. four representatives)
- parking
If you are a member of the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (CACEE), you can register for this Fair at the reduced fee of $675 (CDN) plus HST.
If you are a Registered Charitable Organization, you can register for this Fair at the reduced fee of $475 (CDN) plus HST.
Certain booth locations are considered premium and have an additional fee associated with them.
Employer Guidebook
An Employer Guidebook will be published to inform students and alumni of participating organizations. Inclusion is optional, but strongly recommended. The Guidebook will be available in advance and at the Fair, as well as on this website. One (1) Employer Guidebook submission is included with your registration fee. Deadline for inclusion in the printed version of the Guidebook is firm: August 27, 2010.
Recruitment Material
All participating organizations are encouraged to bring a sufficient supply of recruitment material as no printing facilities are available on site.
Advance Shipment of Display Units/Materials
Please refer to the Shipping & Handling Procedures sheet
for detailed instructions, including customs and transportation services. Participants may ship display units and materials 2 (two) days prior to the Fair to the attention of:

Note: Shipments should not be directed to the sponsoring institutions. Please connect directly with your courier provider to confirm that your shipment has arrived at RIM Park.
Note: If you are shipping display units or booth materials from RIM Park, please attach a completed waybill before leaving the materials in the designated drop-off area and let your courier know that materials will be available after 4:00 p.m. on the day of the Fair.
Audio-Visual Equipment
Participating organizations are responsible for supplying their own equipment. Audio-visual equipment, booth accessories, and exhibit systems may be rented by contacting Hahn Rentals at (519) 746-8955. Hahn Rentals will invoice organizations directly for any additional rentals.
Electrical Supply
The electrical supply consists of one 15 amp 110 volt receptacle. Any electrical equipment you are using must be in compliance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and subject to inspection on site. Please refer to the Electrical Safety Authority information sheet.
Booth Signage and Nametags
Booth Signage and Nametags are the responsibility of the participants. Signage may be ordered through Compulink, a Waterloo-based company. Contact Bob Arnold at Compulink at 519-746-5620 to discuss your needs. Participants will be invoiced directly.
Booth Set-up & Hours
Representatives may arrive anytime after 8:00 AM for set-up. Assistance will be available for unloading materials. Booth hours are from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Refreshments & Lunch
Refreshments will be available throughout the day. A full breakfast will be provided between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Lunch will be available between 11:30 am and 1:30 PM.

Branding Opportunities
Organization Logos on P4E website
Organization logos will be rotating on the P4E website home page and will hyperlink back to your organization's career page or main website.
The cost to include your logo is $250. Your logo will remain on the P4E website until registration opens for the next Fair (third Monday of November or the third Monday of June).

Advertising in the Employer Guidebook
Promote your organization by additional advertising in the Employer Guidebook. Over 6,000 guidebooks are distributed to students and alumni of the four sponsoring institutions.
Please provide your Ad information in the formats listed below. Forward only the elements you would like on the Ad – i.e. Photographs, Logos and Text. We will then design from that.
