What is the difference between Career Fair and Job Fair?
Career Fair is an event at which you can discuss the type of career opportunities within your organization that students would pursue following graduation. This could include job opportunities that exist at present as several alumni attend Career Fair. Students who are not in their graduating year also attend Career Fair to learn about organizations and future opportunities which helps them better prepare themselves for the future through their course selections and work experiences prior to graduation. Job Fair is a recruiting event for organizations and you must have positions available within six months of the Fair. If you are recruiting for full-time, contract, part-time, summer or co-op positions, this event will bring you in contact with students and alumni who are currently looking for jobs.

How can we ensure our organization profile / advertisement is in the Guidebook?
Since we need to go to print one month prior to the Fair in order to have distribution of the guidebooks on campus, we need to set a deadline for receiving the guidebook / advertisement submissions. These deadlines are noted on the website. To ensure your profile / advertisement is in the print version of the guidebook, send your submission along with your registration form before the specified deadline date. Profiles received after this date can be viewed online but will not be included in the print version. Advertisements will not be posted online.
