An Employer Guidebook will be published to inform students and alumni of participating organizations. The Guidebook will be available in advance and at the Fair. The Guidebook will also be available on this web site in the Participating Organizations area. Copy must be limited to sample size noted (see SAMPLE Guidebook Submission).
One (1) Employer Guidebook submission is included with your registration fee. Inclusion is optional, but strongly recommended.
Deadline for inclusion in the printed version of the Guidebook is August 27, 2010. Registrations for the Fair itself will be accepted after this date, however, the print deadline for Guidebook submissions is FIRM. Guidebook submissions received after the print deadline will not be included in the print version, but will still appear in the on-line version.
For organizations sharing a booth or promoting their subsidiary organizations, the cost of an additional Guidebook submission is $300.00 (CDN) for each submission. If you chose to include a subsidiary submission in your original registration, you will be contacted directly by a representative who will ask for further details; however, please include the submission for your primary organization now.
All organizations with descriptions in the Guidebook MUST have a representative at the Fair.
