The following policies will apply to third-party recruiters and temp agencies who wish to register for either a Career Fair (September) or Job Fair (February) co-sponsored by Conestoga College, University of Guelph, University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University. Third-party recruiters are eligible to participate in either a Career Fair or a Job Fair under the following conditions: - the name(s) of the clients for whom they are recruiting must be clearly advertised on the booth backdrop and listed in the Guidebook. No registration will be accepted from a third-party recruiter after the Guidebook deadline - participation will be limited to five third-party organizations at any one event on a first-come, first-served basis - Fair registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment - all third-party organizations will be located in the same area at the Fair - the Fair organizers will provide student/alumni attendees with suggestions of questions they might consider asking third-party recruiter representatives No agency acting as an employer with temporary employment opportunities will be eligible to participate in a Career Fair. Temp agencies may participate in a Job Fair under the following conditions: - participation will be limited to five temp agencies at a Job Fair on a first-come, first-served basis - Fair registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment - all temp agencies will be located in the same area at the Fair - the Fair organizers will provide student/alumni attendees with suggestions of questions they might consider asking representatives of temp agencies Agencies providing both third-party recruitment services and temporary employment opportunities must comply with the conditions outlined above for each category but will be assessed as one organization only under the category in which they provide the majority of service, i.e., third-party recruiter or temp agency.

If you are a member of the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (CACEE) or a Registered Charitable Organization, please select one of the following two options:
Member of the CACEE - Registration Fee: $675 (plus HST) Registered Charitable Organization - Registration Fee: $475 (plus HST)

If you are a Registered Charitable Organization, please include your charitable registration number to be eligible for the discount rate.

Booth Selection
