Fall Job Fair 2025

Time: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Where: Manulife Sportsplex at RIM Park
Last day to register: September 10, 2025

Our Fall Job Fair promotes all types of positions including full-time, co-op, and summer; employers must have positions available within six months of the fair.
Students from all years of study and disciplines, as well as recent alumni, attend this event to network with employers regarding employment opportunities.
Our past in-person fairs have had between 2,500 and 4,000 students and alumni in attendance.
Students and alumni from the following programs do not attend P4E events in significant numbers: teaching, nursing, veterinary, optometry, and trades programs. Please reach out to our partner schools to learn more about connecting with these candidates.

Registration Will Open June 16, 2025

Booth Options

Standard Booth – $1,095 + HST

Premium Booth – $1,395 + HST

In addition to standard booth features:

Premier Booth – $2,600 + HST

In addition to standard booth features:

Charitable Organization Booth – $645 + HST

A limited number of standard booths are available for organizations with a charitable registration number. Please contact us at partners@wlu.ca to learn more.

Please Note:

Exhibitor booths will be assigned by booth type and date of registration; booth locations cannot be moved.
Wi-Fi will be available.
All display materials and recruitment activities must be within your booth, not in aisles.
You may not have more than 4 representatives in standard or premium booths due to their size.
Please bring a sufficient supply of recruitment material as no printing facilities are available on site.
Side panel displays must not exceed 5 feet in height. Any structures that exceed 12 feet, including signs, lighting, displays, balloons, etc. must be approved by Partnerships for Employment.
Partnerships for Employment reserves the right to restrict activities that may interfere with activities in neighbouring booths (sound, lighting, scent etc.).
Exhibitors may not distribute any literature or promotional items for their organization or any other organization beyond their exhibit space.
Exhibitors may not sell or promote any products or services at the event.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to “roll over” registrations to future events.

Registrations cancelled in writing before September 8, 2025 will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee.
Registrations cancelled in writing after September 8, 2025, but before September 15, 2025 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellations received after September 15, 2025 will receive no refund.
Employers who fail to attend the event will receive no refund.
