About the Fair
P4E Job Fair connects employers with students and alumni from our four partner institutions, a collaboration aimed at promoting talent and career opportunities.
The Winter Fair promotes all types of positions including full-time, co-op, and summer; employers must have positions available within six months of the fair. Students from all years and disciplines attend to explore job opportunities, network, and learn more about your organization.

Early Bird Registration Opens: Monday, November 9, 2026
Regular Registration Opens: Monday, November 23, 2026
Employer Eligibility
Participation is limited to employers who are directly hiring for co-op, summer, or full-time positions for post-secondary students or alumni.
Please note that we limit the number of booths for the following types of organizations:
How to Register
To ensure all participants meet event criteria, employers must first complete the short P4E Job Fair Employer Eligibility Form.
Only eligible employers will receive the registration link.
