- Our fall Job Fair is focused on full-time career opportunities and is promoted heavily to final year students and recent alumni.
- Students who are not in their graduating year also attend to learn about organizations, future opportunities and co-op roles.
- Our past in-person fairs have had between 2,500 and 4,000 students and alumni in attendance.
Booth Options (2023 information, may change for 2024 event)
Standard Booth - $895 +HST:
- 10' x 10' draped booth area
- 6' skirted table with two chairs
- One electrical outlet
- Up to 4 representatives
- Promotion of your organization and the roles you are hiring for
- Morning refreshments and lunch for up to 4 representatives
- Parking (overflow lots will have a shuttle)
Premium Booth - $995 +HST; in addition to standard booth features:
- Prominent booth location in a high traffic area
Premier Booth - $2,500 +HST; in addition to standard booth features:
- Double booth (10' by 20')
- Location ensures all attendees will pass your booth
- Up to 8 representatives
- Logo on P4E candidate website and floorplan distributed to candidates at the event
Charitable Organization Booth - $545 +HST: Standard Booth
- A limited number of charitable organization booths are available; a charitable registration number is required. Please contact us at partners@wlu.ca to learn more.
Please Note:
- Exhibitor booths will be assigned by booth type and date of registration; booth locations cannot be moved.
- While Wi-Fi will be available, we can not guarantee connectivity.
- All display materials and recruitment activities must be within your booth, not in aisles.
- You may not have more than 4 representatives in standard or premium booths due to their size. Please book a premier booth if your organization requires more staff at the event; premier booths allow up to 8 representatives.
- Please bring a sufficient supply of recruitment material as no printing facilities are available on site.
- Side panel displays must not exceed 5 feet in height. Any structures that exceed 12 feet, including signs, lighting, displays, balloons, etc. must be approved by Partnerships for Employment.
- Partnerships for Employment reserves the right to restrict activities that may interfere with activities in neighbouring booths (sound, lighting, scent etc.).
- Exhibitors may not distribute any literature or promotional items for their organization or any other organization beyond their exhibit space.
- Exhibitors may not sell or promote any products or services at the event.
Cancellation Policy
We are unable to "roll over" registrations to future events.
- Registrations cancelled in writing before September 3, 2024, will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee.
- Registrations cancelled in writing after September 3, 2024, but before September 13, 2024, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received after September 13, 2024, will receive no refund.
- Employers who fail to attend the event will receive no refund.
